There are a lot of personal trainers. Heck, there are a lot of nutrition coaches. What makes me different? I don’t only talk the talk, but I walk the walk! I train 5-6 days a week, eat healthy and take supplements. Not only do I know how to get you in shape and reach your goals, but I also know that it is not easy. This is not an overnight success story.

         I have trained and worked with trainers from the east coast to the west coast. I have extensive knowledge about training and meeting many goals, not just losing weight. Losing weight is the easy part. I am here to guide you through the tough part. I offer free consultations and a personalized approach to fitness and nutrition. It’s not a “one size fits all” program.  

         I am 38 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and one on the way! Fitness has been the one thing in my life that is “mine”; it’s a place to go for stress relief and overall wellness. I want to make working out fun and enjoyable for you. If you are intimidated at the gym, let me teach you how to be confident. If you want quick, effective home workouts, I can do that, too.

         My goal is to bring people the health, happiness and well-being that they never thought possible. I want them to embrace fitness and health and to see it as fun and rewarding instead of seeing it as work and sacrifice.
